I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone! Yogita K. Mo not only is an excellent trainer but he comes your friend! I started working out with Mo to gain muscle and drop a few extra pounds that were not coming off with just cardio alone. Along that way he has and continues to help me rehab my shoulder as he has suffered from the same injury from his professional football playing days, has helped me train for 4 half marathons and currently a full marathon, and has helped me increase my muscle mass and tone areas I never thought could be toned. He is dedicated to his clients and has even gone as far as running the San Jose Rock n Roll half marathon with me last year. He not only supports me inside the gym but will text me throughout the week to see how I am feeling and how I am doing. He understands the mindset of someone trying to loose weight and knows first hand how frustrating and difficult it can be. I have worked with other trainers and have never laughed so hard during a workout as I do with him. The other trainers were just going through the motions but Mo puts his heart and soul into each of the clients he trainers and wants them to succeed. Elizabeth T. Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He’s a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you’ll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more…not to mention the results. You won’t find a better trainer anywhere else. Jamie B. Mo is awesome. I’ve been training with him for something like 4 months. The results are obvious and impressive. I look better and feel better. Mo has consistently challenged me and pushed me to work harder and harder. All of Mo’s training ideas fit together very nicely. He’s charming, encouraging and a great guy to work with. Highly, highly recommended. Nathaniel B. Mo is an outstanding trainer and my experience with him over the last few months has been great. In addition to being a super athlete, his real skill has been in helping me to overcome the limitations that exist only in my mind. His methods have helped me get real and noticeable results in a minimum about of time. I dropped 10 lbs in the first 8 weeks all without crazy dieting. The workouts are extremely tough but have helped me build muscle and finally achieve real fat loss. In addition I had reconstructive surgery to my ankle in the last year so he is an expert in working with injuries and that is something very important. Also he is thorough and supportive and checks in with me during the week. Mo is a genuine person who really cares for people. He is all about excellence. Finally he is just a super nice guy and a LOT of fun. He can help you reach whatever goals you have.
